At Packaging Layers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly. Whether you’ve received a defective item or wish to return an unused product, our policies are designed to be clear and straightforward.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives with defects or damage, please notify us within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery. To be eligible for a reprint, the product must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt. Once we receive and verify the return, we will proceed with a reprint. Standard reprints take approximately 10 business days for bulk orders, though rush processing is available for an extra charge.
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind):
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. However, since our products are customized, reprints or replacements for non-defective returns will incur additional costs covered by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, full refunds are not available after production begins (once approval is given). For approved returns, we issue a partial refund of 1% of the product price, as 99% is retained to cover customization and processing costs.
To start a return or report an issue, email our support team at support@packaginglayers.com within the required timeframe. Include your order number and a clear explanation of the problem for faster resolution. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
