    Account Creation

    Sign Up With Email

    Users may create an account on our website using their email address and a password.

    Without Sign Up

    You can place an order without creating an account, as the order form on Packaging Layers does not require an account to proceed to checkout.

    Order Process

    Order Using Quote Form

    Provide complete details of your customized order in the quote form, located below the order form. After submission, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm order details, including artwork requirements, custom packaging dimensions, and other specifications.

    Once you provide your order specifications to our custom packaging team, you will receive an invoice containing your order details and a link to secure payment gateways. You can choose the most convenient payment option to complete the transaction.

    Payment Methods

    All payment methods offered are secure, and payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified. Once payment is received through an approved channel, we begin processing your order. We recommend completing all necessary documentation digitally to ensure accurate manufacturing and delivery of your custom packaging.

    Printing Process

    Design Selection

    Customers can choose from design templates available on the website or provided by our custom packaging team. For personalized designs, customers may submit their own artwork in PSD format.

    Design Approval

    Before initiating the printing process, we provide 2D mock-ups for customers to review and approve the design. Customers must carefully verify all design details before granting approval. Once approved, the design is immediately sent to our printing department, and the printing process begins.

    Color Variations in Printed Design

    Due to the nature of the printing process and inks used, the final color of the artwork may vary. By placing an order and approving the design, you acknowledge that Packaging Layers is not responsible for color variations. We do not offer reprints for color variations caused by printing limitations, design file formats (e.g., PSD), or design constraints.

    Order Cancellation

    A 4-hour window is provided after order placement during which customers may request cancellation. After this period, a 20% deduction of the total order amount will apply due to modifications or changes in the standard order process.

    Once products have been delivered, order cancellation is not permitted. Packaging Layers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delivery delays.

    Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours, whether due to delivery delays or other reasons, will result in a 50% deduction of the total amount paid. This reflects the utilization of our printing, designing, and manufacturing resources, which begins as soon as the order is approved.

    Overruns and Underruns

    While we strive to deliver the exact quantity ordered, we recommend ordering 10% more than required to account for potential overruns or underruns of up to 5%.

    No Liability for Errors

    Packaging Layers sends designs to customers for final approval. After approval, we are not responsible for errors such as:

    • Spelling, grammar, or font mistakes
    • Punctuation or graphic errors
    • Cracking
    • Overprinting
    • Color variations
    • Variations in the finished product size

    User Conduct

    All user data is secured on our website with SSL certification. By placing an order, you consent to sharing the personal information required to process it. You may not claim copyright over data provided on our website. It is your responsibility to avoid sharing inaccurate, obscene, objectionable, or inappropriate content.

    We are not responsible for user-generated content on our website that may be objectionable or misleading. However, you may report offensive material to the relevant authorities for appropriate action.

    By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of representing yourself in legal matters. You also agree to comply with our privacy policy.

    Indemnity

    By placing an order with Packaging Layers, you agree to indemnify and defend our company and related parties against all claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

    • Your breach of these terms and conditions.
    • Any claims related to typography, images, graphics, or materials you provide that violate our website standards.

    Printing and Material

    We are authorized to use printing methods deemed suitable for your order. You must specify your preferred material during order placement, including whether food-grade material is required, as we do not use food-grade material by default.

    Turnaround Time & Delivery

    After order placement, we provide an estimated delivery time. Our standard turnaround time is 4 to 6 business days. 

    Shipping Cost

    Shipping is free within the USA, with no hidden charges after the finalized invoice price. For international orders, additional shipping charges and customs taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for customs clearance.

    Packaging Layers strives to deliver on time but is not liable for delays caused by weather, technical issues, or logistics company delays.
