    Return Policy

    At Packaging Layers, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality custom packaging and exceptional customer service. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, ensuring all return and refund requests are handled fairly and transparently.

    If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 2 business days of receipt to address the issue promptly. To qualify for a reprint, the order must be returned to us by mail within 20 days after delivery. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the reprint, which typically takes approximately 20 business days for bulk orders. Expedited reprints are available upon request for an additional fee.

    For non-defective products, returns are accepted within 20 days after delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that reprints or replacements for non-defective products will be at the customer’s expense.

    Refund Policy

    Packaging Layers offers partial refunds for returned items. Due to the custom nature of our products, we retain 99% of the product price, as production begins only after client approval. Consequently, we do not provide full refunds or compensation for orders after delivery.

    To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our customer service team at support@packaginglayers.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the return process. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
