    By using Packaging Layers’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    Prohibited Activities:

    Automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) may not access this website.

    Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful use of our services is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

    2. Intellectual Property Rights

    • Customer Responsibilities

    You certify that all artwork, designs, or content submitted to Packaging Layers are original or legally licensed for use.

    Do not include copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content without authorization. Violations may lead to legal consequences.

    • Packaging Layers’s Role

    We are not liable for errors, copyright infringements, or inappropriate content in customer-submitted designs.

    Customers must verify all design elements (text, images, branding) before approval.

    3. Order Process

    1. Steps to Purchase

    • Quote Submission: Provide order details via our online form.
    • Design Approval: Our team reviews your artwork and shares a proof for confirmation.
    • Payment: Full payment (including taxes/shipping) is required before production.
    • Production & Delivery: Orders enter manufacturing after approval. No changes are allowed once production begins.

    2. Artwork Guidelines

    • Files must be 300 DPI resolution in CMYK format.
    • Low-resolution or incorrect files may affect print quality.

    4. Color and Design Accuracy

    • Color Variations: Due to printing processes, monitor calibrations, and material properties, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
    • Hardcopy Proofs: For critical color needs, submit a physical sample.
    • Customer Approval: Final proofs must be approved by you. Packaging Layers is not responsible for errors post-approval.

    5. Materials & Quality

    We use premium materials (kraft, corrugated cardboard, rigid board).

    Final product appearance may vary slightly due to environmental factors (e.g., humidity, handling).

    6. Payment & Pricing

    All transactions are in USD. Accepted methods:

    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay
    • American Express

    Additional charges may apply for design changes post-approval.

    7. Shipping & Delivery

    • Turnaround Time: 10–12 business days (may vary for large orders).
    • Shipping Address: Ensure accuracy. We are not liable for lost/damaged packages due to incorrect addresses.
    • Delays: Customers will be notified of any unforeseen delays.

    8. Cancellation Policy

    • Within 4 Hours: Free cancellation.
    • 4–24 Hours: 50% of order total deducted.
    • After 24 Hours: No cancellations (production begins).

    9. Holidays

    Production pauses on:

    New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, St. Patrick’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Canada Day, Victoria Day, Christmas, Boxing Day.

    10. Returns & Refunds

    • Defective and Non-Defective items returns are accepted but we will retain 99% cost of the order and 1% will be refunded.
    • Reprints: Report defects within 2 business days of delivery. We will investigate and may offer reprints if the error is verified as our fault.
    • Overruns/Underruns: Orders may include up to 10% extra quantity at no charge. We recommend ordering 5–10% extra to avoid shortages.

    11. Liability & Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify Packaging Layers against claims arising from:

    • Copyright/trademark violations in your designs.
    • Defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
    • Unauthorized access to your account.

    Packaging Layers is not liable for:

    • Third-party shipping issues.
    • Design errors approved by you.
    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

    12. Service Disclaimer

    Services are provided “as is.” While we strive for quality, Packaging Layers does not guarantee:

    • Perfect color matching.
    • Error-free designs if customer proofs are approved.

    13. Policy Updates

    We may revise these terms without notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
